About Our Offices Victoria Office Suites are comprised of a wing of offices in their own building that is no longer used by Westar Holding. We saw the opportunity to put the space to good use by leasing out the offices to local businesses. So when you lease with us, you will be sharing in part with our resources. We have our own maintenance staff that will take care of the common areas and your maintenance needs. We must keep our facilities in top condition, because this location is our business home as well as yours.
